5-step assessment
Human OS Assessment
Complete the five steps. Cronometer, Whoop, metabolic cart RMR and NIX are optional. Manual entry always works.
Step 1 — Body & RMR
Safety & clinical protection
This app is educational decision support and not a medical or eating-disorder screening tool. If restrictive eating, low weight, dizziness, fainting, hormonal suppression or medical concern applies, guidance should be restore-first and professional support should be considered.
Step 2 — Activity Level (PAL)
Mental strain counts because it increases recovery demand. If sleep is poor, stress is high and you are under-fuelled, the day can behave like a higher-demand day even if steps are modest.
Step 3 — Fixed 5-day Cronometer Input
Small upload option: fills the five most recent complete days and excludes today if it appears incomplete.
Advanced settings
Fat analysis is kept separate from traffic-light status. Around 15% fat is the Human OS gold standard; reductions in fat should replace calories with carbohydrate where needed.
Step 4 — Hydration Context
Uses energy and macros to estimate food water, glycogen water and metabolic water, then suggests the remaining drinking-fluid range. This is not a medical fluid prescription.
Step 5 — Biofeedback
These do not override the numbers, but they help place them in real physiology.

Saved Reports
Reports are saved in this browser for the self-build MVP. Later we can connect Supabase for cross-device history.

Complete assessment to select your programme.
Red → Recovery, Amber → Foundation, Green → Progression, Gold → Performance. Whoop recovery can change session guidance but not the traffic-light programme.
